At BullyFIT Productions, we take pride in providing high-quality, all-natural pet products. By purchasing and using any BullyFIT Productions product, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Product Use Disclaimer

All BullyFIT Productions products are used at the customer's own risk. While our products are made with carefully selected ingredients, individual pets may react differently to certain ingredients, scents, supplements, treats, grooming products, or other products.

BullyFIT Productions does not guarantee that its products will be free from adverse reactions in every pet. Pet owners are solely responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their animal before use.

BullyFIT Productions shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, illnesses, injuries, or other adverse effects that may occur as a result of using our products.

Return Policy

All sales are considered final after fourteen (14) days from the date the product is delivered.

Return requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of confirmed delivery. 

There will be a charge of $10.00 to the customer for the return shipping label. 

No refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits will be issued for requests made more than fourteen (14) days after the customer receives the product.

Adverse Reaction Claims

If a customer believes their pet experienced an allergic or adverse reaction caused by a BullyFIT Productions product, a refund request may be considered only if the customer provides documented veterinary evidence demonstrating that the specific BullyFIT Productions product directly caused the reaction.

Such documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• Veterinary examination records

• Allergy testing results

• Laboratory reports

• Written statements from a licensed veterinarian establishing a direct connection between the product and the reaction

BullyFIT Productions reserves the right to review all submitted documentation and determine, at its sole discretion, whether a refund is warranted.

Refunds will not be issued based solely on customer claims, photographs, social media posts, or unverified statements without supporting veterinary documentation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BullyFIT Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, misuse, or inability to use any product sold by BullyFIT Productions.

By purchasing and using our products, customers agree to release and hold harmless BullyFIT Productions, its owners, affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses related to product use.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, receiving, or using any BullyFIT Productions product, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Liability Policy.
